Return and Delivery Policy

DELIVERY
Your shoes are usually made and shipped within 7-10 days after we receive your payment. They’re sent via express courier with tracking, and no signature is required on delivery. We’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your package online.
Shipping costs cover handling, packaging, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, and shipping is always free within Italy. We suggest ordering all your items at once to keep things simple. While we take great care packaging your order to make sure it arrives in perfect condition, we can’t be responsible for issues during shipping.

RETURNS
Please make sure to check your shoe size carefully and any custom options you choose before ordering. Since the shoes are made just for you, we can’t be responsible for any mistakes in sizing or customizations.
Our shoes are made only when you place an order—they’re not kept in stock. Because they’re custom-made, the usual return rights don’t apply, not even for size changes. We recommend checking our size chart carefully and reaching out if you have any questions.
