Sit in a chair and keep your leg crossed so that your foot does not touch the ground during the measurement.
Use a flexible tape measure and adhere it to the entire length of your foot (including the hollow) from the longest toe to the heel. If the tape measure does not fit snugly, you will get an incorrect measurement.
Alternatively, measure the insole of a heeled shoe that fits you well: follow the shape from toe to heel.
Measure the circumference of the sole of the foot
Salways sit with your leg crossed; the foot remains off the ground.
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part, at the level of the two bones under your fingers. The foot must be raised off the ground.
